We are informed that pursuant to the filing of this Petition, the District Magistrate Kolhapur has even issued a notice for possession dated 13.05.2025 and fixed the date as on 26.06.2025 for taking possession. In this view of the matter, no further orders are required as the District Magistrate is taking appropriate steps.

If any police protection is required, needless to mention that the concerned Police Station to assist the District Magistrate. 3.

Consequently, in view of these steps which are taken, the Authorities are bound to execute the orders and handover the possession to the Petitioners.

Petition is disposed of.
