1] The learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for sometime on instructions submits that since the petitioner-institution was not satisfied with the NAAC Accreditation granted to it has preferred an appeal against the same. He therefore submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to withdraw the writ petition with a further liberty to move a fresh application seeking issuance of letter of intent for starting three years Law Course.

2] The writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. All points raised are kept open. It would be open for the petitioner to make a fresh application subject to complying with all requirements.
