Learned Advocate for the petitioner as well as learned AGP submit that the Writ Petition No. 3489/2015 with companion matters was in respect of the petitioner and the similarly situated persons wherein common question was raised regarding creation of posts and for permanency benefits. The petitioner was then challenge the legality and validity of Government Resolution dated 31.07.2018 and praying it to be quashed wherein the condition was imposed that the petitioner withdraw the writ petition and give the undertaking on the same paper as proposal for regularization would be considered which was the result of the payment for the enhancement in the honorarium in view of the said Government Resolution dated 31.07.2018. They submit that now in view of order in Writ Petition No. 3489/2015 with companion matters been 944-WP-2515-2024.odt

allowed, the respondent authorities have been directed to regularize the services of the petitioner. The purpose of the petition itself has now been served and, therefore, they pray for the petition to be disposed of. 2.

In view of the aforesaid statements, the petition stands disposed of.
