On perusal of order dated 29th May 2012, it appears that Land Gat No.352/A admeasuring 40R was allotted in favour of proposed Cooperative Housing Society. Therefore, in relation to such property, the Charity Commissioner prima facie will not get power under section 41 of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950. 3.

Hence, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) till 8th April 2024.
