The contention is that this Court had already delivered an order in the matter emerging from Case no.54/35/2008 that was decided on 21.10.2009 by the Maharashtra State Board of Wakfs. The matter traveled to this Court. It is further stated that the matter then reached the Hon'ble Supreme Court wherein, by an order dated 21.11.2022, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has dismissed the Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.33484/2022. 2.

If the Petitioner is of the view that the judgment of the learned Single Judge of this Court, dated 10.06.2021, is not obeyed despite the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court dated 21.11.2022, the Petitioner cannot file a Writ

( 2 ) 932 wp 2544.24 Petition before the Division Bench for seeking implementation of the said order. Now the Petitioner prays that this Court should execute the order of the Maharashtra State Board of Wakfs.
