This Petition has been filed against the backdrop of the Statutory Tribunal, which is meant to hear Statutory Appeals against orders passed by the Respondents, had not been staffed with members. 2.

It is common ground that the appointments to the Tribunal have now been made. Admittedly, the next date of hearing before the Tribunal is February 26, 2026. Therefore, continuation of this Petition would be inappropriate particularly since the Tribunal is now available. February 17, 2026 MPBalekar

Consequently, the Petition is disposed of continuing the interlocutory arrangement obtaining as of today, until February 27, 2026, with a direction that the Petitioner shall have liberty to mention the matter before the Tribunal pointing out that the interlocutory arrangement obtaining in the matter has now been continued in the Appeal with its further continuation being left to the discretion of the Tribunal.

All actions required to be taken pursuant to this order shall be taken upon receipt of a downloaded copy as available on this Court's website.
