Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 26 March 2024.

According to the petitioner, the borrower was tenant in premises bearing Shop No.1. He surrendered his tenancy in January 2020. The tenancy is transferred in favour of the petitioner which has been acknowledged by the landlord by communication dated 23 November 2022.

Hence, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) till 26 March 2024.
