The Petitioner has been placed under suspension vide order dated 28.02.2023. He is directed to report at Shrigonda 200 kms away from his present posting at Akole for marking his presence. 2.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 20.03.2024. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2. The learned advocate Mr. Parnere waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.3.

Until further orders, we direct that the Petitioner would mark his presence at Akole, instead of at Shrigonda. The issue as regards the legality of the suspension, would be considered on the returnable date. 4.

All office objections to be removed on or before 15.03.2024, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 16.03.2024.
