The learned advocate for the Petitioners submits that Petitioner Nos.3 and 4, would superannuating on 30.06.2024. Considering the earlier orders passed in these matters, they pray for the same relief. This Court had passed an extensive order on 30.04.2024, in this case. 2.

In view of the above, Petitioner No.3 namely Dr. Anand Shivajirao Karle and Petitioner No.4 - Dr. Dharma Nivrutti Gokhale, in Writ Petition No.2651/2024, are granted the same relief on the same terms and conditions as are mentioned in the order dated 30.04.2024.
