Objection raised by the petitioner before the Competent Authorities under the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act seeking disqualification of respondent no.4 was turned down. In the appellate proceedings also the proceedings were turned down. As such, the original complainant is before this Court. 2.
The village Panchayat Elections were conducted in 2020-21. As the term of Panchayat has now expired, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
