Learned counsel for the Petitioner agrees that the Village Panchayat of Rahateshwar is the proper authority to deal with the Petitioner's complaint dated 6 October 2023. 3.
Accordingly, we direct the Village Panchayat of Rahateshwar to dispose of Petitioner's complaint dated 6 October 2023 by following the law as expeditiously as
36.WP.2751-2024.DOCX possible and in any event within three months from the receipt of an authenticated copy of this order. 4.
If any adverse action is proposed against any parties, the Panchayat will have to comply with principles of natural justice and fair play before any adverse action is resorted. 5.
All contentions of all parties are left open. 6.
The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions without any order for costs. All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
