Having heard the learned Advocates for the respective sides and having noted the participation of the Petitioners in the proceedings before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, which is brought to our notice by the learned Advocate for the Respondent/ Bank, it is apparent that the Petitioners have suppressed material information from this Court. We were

*2* 921a922wp2774a2784o24 inclined to refer to the law laid down by the Honourable Supreme Court in Kishore Samrite v/s State of Uttar Pradesh, (2013) 2 SCC 398, Bhaskar Laxman Jadhav and others vs. Karamveer Kakasaheb Wagh Education Society, AIR 2013 SC 523 and PHR Invent Educational Society vs. UCO Bank and others, AIR 2024 SC 1893. However, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners desire to withdraw these petitions.

In view of the above statement, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
