Heard. The challenge raised in this Writ Petition is to interim order dated 23.11.2023 passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai with an observation that the status of the Departmental Inquiry that was initiated against the Petitioner should be brought on record. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that on 10.04.2024, the Petitioner was supplied copy of the Inquiry Report which exonerated him from two charges framed in the Inquiry Report. 2.

We have perused the prayer made by the Petitioner in Original Application No. 323 of 2023, which is pending before the Tribunal. In our view, it would be necessary for the Tribunal to take into consideration the Inquiry Report. As the Petitioner has been exonerated therein, the proceedings Original Application No. 323 of 2023 are expedited. The Tribunal is requested to decide the Original Application Sneha Chavan 1/2

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
