Having considered the submissions of the learned Advocates for the respective sides and on perusing the proposed amendment, we find that this Civil Application needs to be entertained.

As such, Civil Application No.10231/2024 is allowed. Amendment be carried out on or before 04/10/2024. Additional affidavit, if desired, can be filed simultaneously since the proposed amendment is before the parties. 4.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent/Zilla Parishad submits that the required procedure is being followed and the outstanding salaries of the Applicant /Vishal Sandipan Deshmukh, in Civil Application No.10232/2024, would be paid in the nearest future.
