At the outset Mr. Rahul Karpe, learned Counsel for the petitioners instead of arguing the matter on merits makes a fair submission that the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Rahata, Dist. Ahmednagar be directed to conclude the trial of Regular Civil Suit No.412 of 2023 expeditiously and in a time bound manner.

Mr. S. S. Koche, learned Counsel for the respondent do agree with such submission.

In view of this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with directions to the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Rahata, Dist. Ahmednagar to make every possible endeavour to conclude the suit trial within a period of 10 months from today.

The parties agree to assist the Court and not to seek unnecessary adjournments in the suit. The petitioner who is subsequent purchaser of the subject matter-property to file written statement, if not filed earlier. All contentions and points on merits kept open.
