The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have purchased the suit property from the persons, who have inherited the property from the mother of the plaintiff much prior to filing of the suit. The learned counsel submits that Exh. 18 filed for amendment is not bonafide as the petitioners are also witness to the sale deed and without giving opportunity to the petitioners, the impugned order is directly passed. 3.

By way of ad-interim relief, R.C.S. No. 412/2023 is stayed till the next date.
