Learned Counsel for the Petitioner makes grievance that though the only issue sought to be raised in Writ Petition was with regard to the order remanding the proceedings before Revisional Authority i.e., Registrar General under the Money Lending Act has exceeded the powers and decided the issues, which were never taken exception to before him.
