This Petition is filed by the wife challenging the order dated 15 February 2023.

By the impugned order dated 15 February 2023, the CJSD at Pune has disposed of the interim application of maintenance filed by the wife since she was absent in the Family Court proceedings as also she had also filed assets affidavit. This Court by its order dated 21 December 2023 passed in Miscellaneous Application No. 301 of 2023, passed an interim order thereby staying the proceedings before the Family Court at Pune.

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 28 March 2024. Apart from court notice, the petitioner is permitted to serve on the respondent by advocate's private notice, by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date of the hearing.
