Heard Mr. Barai, learned Advocate for Petitioner and Mr. Chanderpal, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2. 2.

Mr. Barai would submit that there is a grave urgency in the matter. Mr. Chanderpal, learned Advocate appears on behalf of Respondent No.2. Today, physical copy of the Writ Petition is handed over to Mr. Chanderpal in Court before me. He accepts service of Petition.

Respondent No.2 is directed to file her Affidavit-in-Reply within a period of two weeks from today to the Petition. Copy of the same shall be served on the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. 4.

Petitioner is directed to file Affidavit-in-Rejoinder, if any, within a period of one week thereafter.

In view of the exigency mentioned by the learned Advocate for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition shall appear on Board on 03rd April, 2024. Though learned Advocate for the Petitioner would plead with the Court that the Petitioner should be allowed re-entry in the house since she has been ousted and evicted from the house, this plea can only be considered after pleadings are completed by the parties and on hearing the parties. Hence, request made by Mr. Barai is rejected for the present.

Needless to state that all rights and contentions of both the parties are expressly kept open and this Court shall hear both the parties on merits.
