By this Petition, the challenge is to the order dated 11th January, 2024, rejecting the Application below Exhibit-79 by which the Petitioner had sought dismissal of the Petition for noncompliance of the order dated 12th March, 2020. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that by the order of 12th March, 2020, the Petitioner-husband was directed to pay Rs.1,500/- p.m. to the Respondent-wife as maintenance pendente lite and Rs.1,000/- p.m. as expenses of the proceedings. She submits that the same is borne out from the issues which were 1/2

24wp2981-24 framed and answered which is at page 27 of the Petition. She submits that the stand taken by the Respondent-husband is that the sum of Rs.1,000/- was not granted monthly but was one time payment, which argument the trial Court has accepted. 4.

Issue notice to the Respondent-husband, returnable after a period of three weeks. In addition to Court notice, the Petitioner to serve Respondent by private notice and to file affidavit of service before the next date.
