Ms. Rati Sinhasane, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that since March 2023, no maintenance has been paid to the wife. She states that maintenance is granted only Rs.2,500/-.

Mr. Diwan, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent states that only Rs.1,500/- is granted as maintenance. 3.

In any case, as since March 2023, nothing is paid towards maintenance, the Respondent is directed to pay an aggregate amount of Rs.7,500/- to the wife without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties.
