Issue notice to respondent Nos.1 and 2, returnable on 15 April 2024.

Prima facie, it appears that reliefs are sought essentially against the Cooperative Housing Society. It is well settled that, it is the choice of plaintiff who he wants to make as party to the dispute.

Considering the reliefs prayed are against the society, and moreover, once the person becomes a member of the Cooperative Housing Society, he must act and speak through the society, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b). (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
