This Court however has gone through the impugned order as well as the fact to the registration of the conveyance on the basis of the said order in order to ensure that there is no further complication, the parties are hereby restrained from acting in furtherance of the impugned order of the deemed conveyance and registration of the conveyance, till next date of the hearing. 5.

At the request of the learned counsel for the Respondent, stand over to 23rd September 2024. 6.

Interim relief, granted earlier, if any, to continue till next date of hearing.
