Learned counsel for the petitioner - husband has drawn my attention to the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Contempt Petition (C) No. 166 of 2026 in Special Leave Petition (C) No. 2458 of 2024 along with connected matters dated 25th March 2026. Paragraph 13 of the said order reads thus: "13. In view of the fact that the parties have decided to part ways and seek separation and dissolution of their marriage by a decree of divorce by mutual consent, all the aforesaid cases which have been filed by the parties against each other stand quashed. Further, if any other case has been filed by either of the parties against each other, the said case(s) and criminal complaint(s) shall not be proceeded with and shall stand quashed. The parties shall be restrained from filing any other case as against each other." 2.

In view of the above order, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of 3.
