When the case is called out, no one puts in appearance on behalf of the respondent no.1 - Karad Municipal Council, however, Mr. Chaitanya Mulawkar, learned counsel, puts in appearance on behalf of respondent no.3. He states that he shall file his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.3.
