This application is for bringing LR's of deceased respondent no.4 on record. In spite of service of notice, none appears for them. This indicates that they have no inclination to oppose the application. No prejudice will cause to the LR's of deceased respondent if the application is allowed by condoning delay.

Hence, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'.

Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. If amendment is carried out, issue notice to the added respondents, returnable on 7th April, 2025.
