We have perused the orders dated 20.03.2024 and 19.06.2024. Neither Respondent No.6 is initiating steps to get the matter transferred to the Principal Seat, when other matters are being listed before the concerned Bench, nor is the present Petitioner is proceeding with the matter. We are informed that a preceipe is said to have been moved by Respondent No.6 for seeking transfer to the Principal Seat.

Today, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that khs/August 2024/3023

- 2 - he would enter a written objection on the preceipe filed by Respondent No.6.

In view of the above, list this Petition on 26.08.2024. In the meanwhile, if the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court passes an order transferring these proceedings to the Principal Seat, the Registry shall act accordingly.
