The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he would tender an online application to the S.D.O. Jalgaon, if such application is not tendered. He would also return the original "Tokare Koli" Scheduled Tribe Certificate so as to receive a form 'C' certificate. 2.

In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of. After the above formalities are completed, respondent No.2 to verify the authenticity of the earlier certificate and upon being convinced, would issue the form 'C' certificate within 21 days from the date of fulfillment of all formalities.
