Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.

By this Petition, the Petitioner seeks to expedite the hearing of Misc. Application No.1289 of 2021 in Regular Civil Suit No.543 of 2020. 3.

The Petitioner had filed Contempt Petition (St) No.1315 of 2021 before this Court seeking initiation of action for the breach of temporary injunction order passed in the said suit. The said Contempt Petition came to be disposed with liberty to move the trial Court seeking an action for breach of the order of status quo, damages and ancillary reliefs as admissible in law. The Petitioner has accordingly filed Misc. Application No.1289 of 2021. 4.

It is the grievance of the Petitioner that the said Misc. Application is not being heard and decided expeditiously.

Without delving into the aspect of the correctness of the grievances of the Petitioner, the Writ Petition stands disposed with a request to the learned SSP 1/2
