The learned Advocate for the Petitioner has filed preacipe dated 04/09/2024 whereby he is seeking discharge from the present writ petition as an advocate for the petitioner.
The learned Advocate for the Petitioner has placed on record a copy of the letter dated 25/06/2024 addressed to the Petitioner wherein he has shown his intention to withdraw his appearance from the present petition . He has also annexed postal acknowledgment receipt which shows that the said letter was duly received by the petitioner. He has further stated that he has already given NOC and returned all the papers to the Petitioner.
As there is due compliance on the part of the learned Advocate, Shri Ashok B. Tajane, Advocate is hereby discharged from the present petition as an advocate for the petitioner by virtue of the powers conferred upon the Registrar under Chapter II Rule 3 sub-rule (n) of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960.
