We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

The challenge is to the order passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal dated 21/11/2023 in the Original Application No. 989 of 2023. The Tribunal has refused to interfere with the order of suspension dated 31/07/2023 issued to the Petitioner. 3.

During the pendency of the present proceedings, it is informed that the disciplinary inquiry against the Petitioner has been completed. Copy of the inquiry report dated 24/07/2024 was served upon the Petitioner on 22/08/2024 and the Petitioner has submitted her reply to the same on 03/09/2024.

In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that the Disciplinary Authority shall take decision on the inquiry report within a period of five weeks from today. It is made clear that time to complete this exercise would not be extended. In case any such request is made, the same would be subject to restoring the Petitioner on her former post by revoking the order of suspension.
