The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that each of the Petitioners would move an independent representation to Respondent No.2 for seeking appropriate directions. The learned AGP submits that the Petitioners must first prove their eligibility and only then, further decision can be arrived at.

If the Petitioners make individual representations to Respondent Nos.2 & 3, the same shall be considered on their own merits and by verifying the eligibility of each of the Petitioners. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 90 days.
