It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after recognition of the Educational Institution run by the petitioner came to be withdrawn, a fresh inspection has been undertaken and on 31st March 2023, an Inspection Report has been prepared by respondent no.3. The said report records that various deficiencies have been removed.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, further steps on the basis of that inspection report would be required to be undertaken.

Issue notice, returnable on 3rd April 2024. The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for the respondents.
