The petitioner is challenging order dated 29 February 2016 against which the petitioner has already filed statutory challenge before the State Government. Therefore, claiming such relief is not maintainable.

Learned advocate for the petitioner, therefore, seeks permission to delete prayer clause (b). Amendment to be carried out within one week from today.

The relief by way of prayer clause (c) is in the nature of mandamus which can only be granted by the Division Bench. 4.

Hence, registry to place the writ petition before Division Bench.
