The above Writ Petition as originally filed sought the following reliefs:- a) rule be issued, records and proceedings be called for; b) by an appropriate writ, order or direction, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to call the record and proceedings of the impugned Order dated 29.02.2016 passed by the Learned Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Satara in Proceeding bearing No.
Consolidation/Corrigendum/Objection/IW297/16; c) by an appropriate writ, order or direction, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to expedite the hearing of the proceedings being No.RTS3518/611/Pra.Kra.135/J-5 pending before the Learned Minister of Revenue Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai within stipulated period as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper;

Thereafter, by an order dated 11th March 2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court, prayer clause (b) was deleted. This was done because the Petitioner has already filed a statutory appeal before the State Government challenging the order dated 29th February 2016 passed by the Learned Deputy Superintendent of Land Records, Satara in proceeding bearing No. Consolidation/Corrigendum/Objection/IW297/16. 3.
What survives now in the present Petition is only prayer clause (c) produced above. Considering that this is the limited relief sought, we dispose of the above Writ Petition by directing the learned Minister of Revenue Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai to hear and dispose of the proceedings being No.RTS3518/611/Pra.Kra.135/J-5 as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of three months from today. 4.
The above Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
