2) Order dated 5 August 2024 records that none had appeared on behalf of the Petitioner on that day as well. Despite that, this Court showed indulgence and extended time to carry out amendment as per order dated 12 March 2024 by four weeks. However, the said order has not been complied with till date. It appears that Petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the petition. The petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
