Mr. Hande, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that an amount of Rs.40,000/- is already deposited in the account of the Respondent. He further states that an amount of Rs.60,000/- will be deposited before the Family Court, Sangli within a period of 10 days from today.

As the dispute is between family members, Ms. Sunanda Patil, learned advocate practicing in the District Court, Sangli is appointed as Mediator. Learned Mediator is requested to submit the report to this Court within a period of six weeks from today. 3.

The Respondent is at liberty to withdraw an amount of Rs.5,000/- per month from the Family Court, Sangli.

Accordingly, stand over to 16th April 2026. Till next date no coercive steps be taken.
