Out of recoverable dues of ₹25 lakh, the petitioner has deposited ₹19,18,202/-.

On perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the Revisional Authority has not considered certificate issued under Section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 on merits.

Hence, issue notice to the respondent No.2, returnable on 10 April 2024.

4.

Since the petitioner has deposited ₹20,37,641/- out of ₹25 lakh, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) till 10 April 2024.
