1) Mr. Shinde, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner would invite my attention to the rojnama in the proceedings before the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Society, New Administration Office, Baramati-Indapur Road, Baramati in support of his contention that the Petitioner has already shown willingness to settle the loan account under 'One Time Settlement' (OTS). It appears that the rojnama shows that the Recovery Officer of the Petitioner was to take instructions about settlement of the loan account under OTS.
