The relief sought in the Writ Petition is to expeditiously dispose of proceeding bearing M.J. Petition No.A-1273/2023 pending in the Court, of learned Family Court, Pune. The Writ Petition has been filed on 25th November 2024. 2.

However, Ms. Shilpa Pawar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner fairly states, on instructions of the Petitioner who is personally present in Court, that the learned Family Court by Order dated 3rd December 2024 has already passed Order directing that the matter will be conducted expeditiously and further directed the parties to co-operate.
