ORDER :- Matter is moved for speaking to minutes of the order dated 18th July, 2024 passed in W.P. No. 3246 of 2024. It is submitted that this Court directed to re-issue notice to respondent Nos. 8 and 9 returnable within six weeks and directed the petitioner to take steps against respondent No.7 within two weeks, failing which matter shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court. However, adinadvertently, instead of respondent No.7, it is mentioned in the order that petitioner to take steps against respondent Nos. 8 and 9 within two weeks and on failure to take steps, the matter shall stand dismissed without reference to the court.

The motion is allowed. The order be modified as under :- "Re-issue notice to respondent Nos. 8 and 9 returnable after six weeks.

Petitioner to take steps against respondent No.7 within two weeks. If steps are not taken, matter shall stand dismissed as against respondent No.7 without reference to the Court".
