The learned AGP specifically points out that the Petitioner was issued with a show cause notice on 22nd February, 2022. An opportunity of hearing was granted. After following the due procedure, an order was passed which is impugned in this Petition. Hence, it cannot be said that the impugned order was passed by violating the principles of natural justice.

Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 29th April, 2024. The learned AGP waives service of notice for Respondent Nos.1 to 4/State.

Let affidavit-in-reply be filed at least one week prior to the returnable date in the matter.

All office objections to be removed on or before 24th April, 2024, failing which, this Petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court on 25th April, 2024.
