Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits the order impugned in the present petition dated 08.12.2022, by virtue of passage of time has taken its effect, however he prays that the said order should not create any further hurdles or be treated as a stigma on the petitioner as the order blacklists the petitioner by holding certain allegations and imposing penalty upon the petitioner. The petitioner has also paid the entire amount of penalty and thus, has complied the order of authorities. 2.
Learned AGP appearing for respondents, upon taking instructions from respondent No. 4 submits that the impugned order will not have any adverse effect in respect of the petitioner participating or seeking any participation in the Government Project. We take this statement as undertaking and dispose of the present petition in the light of the statement made by the learned AGP.
