This group of Petitions is listed for directions as per the order dated 1 August 2024.

Learned Counsel for the parties states that main relief sought for by the Petitioners is against the Education Institute which is common in all the Petitions. Learned counsels point outs that substantive reply is filed by the education institute in Writ Petition No. 16776 of 2023 (Santosh s/o Ashok Devare & Ors. vs State of Maharashtra & Ors). Rejoinder is also filed. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent - Institute states that praecipe will be filed adopting the reply filed in Writ Petition No. 16776 of 2023 wherever reply is not filed.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners in each of these Petitions will submit one-page note regarding the details of the Petition and the factual aspects and serve the same on the Advocate for the Respondent - Institute, learned AGP and learned Counsel for the Zilla Parishad. 5.

In Petitions where service is not yet complete, the Petitioners would serve the unrepresented Respondents and file affidavit of service. The copy of the Petitions be served on the office Government Pleader at the principal seat also 6.
