This Writ Petition challenges the interim maintenance granted by order date 5 July 2023 by the Family Court. 2.

By the impugned order maintenance at the rate of Rs.1500/- per month granted to the respondent no.2, who has claimed to be a daughter of deceased Ulhas Yadav. 3.

From the date of the order till now nothing has been paid by the petitioner. Therefore, the outstanding amount as of today towards the interim maintenance of minor daughter is Rs.30,000/-.

In order to show his bonafide the petitioner is deposited of Rs.15,000/- within a period of four weeks from today. If the petitioner is not paid of Rs.15,000/- within a period of four weeks from today, the present writ petition to stand dismissed Amol D. Nawale

907.wp.3387.2024.doc without further reference to this Court. If the petitioner is deposited a sum of Rs.15,000/- in the Family Court, there will be no coercive steps should be taken in the present proceedings by the Family Court.
