Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos.1 and 3 and learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 2.

Though the petitioner is seeking direction to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, he has prayed for issuance of provisional appointment also. However, we find that it would be appropriate to direct the Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner.

We find that since the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent Scrutiny Committee from 01.07.2019, we direct the respondent Scrutiny Committee to
