The petitioner has filed an undertaking stating that she will deposit outstanding amount of ₹24,74,155/- as per notice dated 10 December 2020 within two months from today. The undertaking is accepted.

In view the undertaking, issue notice to the respondent No.1 returnable on 7 May 2024.

Leave to amend. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.

Till 7 May 2024, the impugned orders dated 13 December 2022 and 3 January 2023 shall remain stayed.

It is made clear that if the petitioner fails to deposit the amount as undertaken, in addition to the dismissal of the writ petition, proceedings under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 shall be initiated against the petitioner. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
