The petitioner by undertaking dated 11 March 2024 undertook to deposit the amount stated in the undertaking. Such period expires on 11 May 2024.

If the petitioner fails to deposit the amount as per the undertaking, the writ petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

In case the petitioner deposits the amount as per the undertaking before 11 May 2024, the copy of such receipt shall be placed before the Registry of this Court before 14 June 2024.

On failure to furnish such receipt before 14 June 2024, the writ petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
