The grievance of the Petitioner is in regard to the Orders passed by the Commissioner CGST & C.Ex, Navi Mumbai whereby the Petitioner's bank accounts have been provisionally attached in exercise of powers under Section 83 of the Central Goods and Service Tax Act, 2017. 3.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and the urgency as pointed out on behalf of the Petitioner, we are of the opinion that the Petitioner shall, within two days from today, file an application under Sub-rule
(4) of Rule 159 of the Central Goods and Service Tax Rules, 2017. If the said application is filed, let the same be decided on or before the returnable date. 4.
