Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties, the petitioner no.2 will deposit the school fees of the son of the respondent no.1 latest by Wednesday i.e. 15/5/2024.

The issue between the parties is already before learned Mediator. The parties have informed that there is a good amount of progress before learned Mediator. 3.

Only as regard the issue about whether the payment of school fees payable of respondent no.1's son, the matter will come up before this Court on 28/6/2024, on supplementary board.
